Payments

Synthfy ERP does not process payments. Each business connects the payment provider it already uses, and money goes straight from your customer to your account.

Connect your provider

Link your own Stripe or Helcim account in a few clicks. Until you connect one, no online payments are taken.

Step 2

Customers pay the invoice

A pay button appears on your invoices. Customers pay you directly through your provider.

Step 3

Your books update

The invoice is marked paid, the payment and fees post to your books, and the payout clears when it reaches your bank.

Your Synthfy ERP plan itself is billed securely through Dodo Payments.

Good to know

Is it real double-entry accounting?

Yes. Every entry has equal debits and credits, and the database refuses any entry that doesn't balance. Posted entries are locked; corrections are made with a reversing entry so your history stays intact.

Can I run more than one business?

Yes. Each company gets its own chart of accounts, customers, vendors and numbering, and its data is kept separate from every other company.

Can I bring my data from QuickBooks or a spreadsheet?

Yes. We help you load your customers, vendors, opening balances and this year's transactions, then check that the totals match your old books.

Do you process my customers' payments?

No. You connect your own payment provider and payments go directly to your account. Synthfy ERP records them in your books.

Is there a desktop version to install?

No. Synthfy ERP is online only, so your books are available anywhere and always up to date. A standalone version may come later.

How is it priced?

Per user (seat) per month. Each seat is one person, signed in on one device at a time; signing in somewhere else signs the other session out. Add or remove users any time and pay only for the seats you use.

Does it work in dark mode?

Yes. Switch between dark and light. Printed pages always come out clean on white paper.
